Nepafenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation after cataract surgery. It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation in the eyes. Nepafenac is effective in managing postoperative discomfort. How it works
