Every reading, in context

Each BP, sugar, HbA1c, weight and lipid entry is placed on an in-range band and a trend line, with its category explained in plain language — so you can see a number drifting before it becomes a problem.

Guided by real standards

Categories come from the standards clinicians use — ACC/AHA for BP, ADA for sugar and HbA1c, ICMR cut-offs for BMI and NCEP ATP III for cholesterol — so the guidance is grounded, not guesswork.

The simple way to stay on top of your health numbers

Our vitals tracker turns every blood pressure, blood sugar, HbA1c, weight and cholesterol reading you log into a clear category and a trend, so you can see how your numbers compare to recognised targets and catch a problem — like a creeping fasting sugar or a rising LDL — early, and discuss it with your doctor.

What you can track

Blood pressure

Log systolic, diastolic and pulse; see your ACC/AHA category and a trend with 120/140 reference lines.

Blood sugar

Record fasting, post-meal or random glucose and track it against ADA thresholds over time.

HbA1c

Follow your 3-month average glucose against the 5.7% and 6.5% diabetes thresholds.

Weight & BMI

Track weight with BMI computed on Asian-Indian (ICMR) cut-offs for a more accurate category.

Cholesterol

Keep a full lipid profile — total, LDL, HDL and triglycerides — against NCEP ATP III ranges.

The whole family

Switch between parents, spouse and yourself; everyone shares one secure family list.

Frequently asked questions

Which medical standards do you use?

Blood-pressure categories follow the ACC/AHA 2017 guideline; blood-sugar and HbA1c follow the American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria; BMI uses the Asian-Indian cut-offs recommended by the ICMR; and cholesterol follows NCEP ATP III. Each reading is shown with its category for guidance only — not a diagnosis.

Is the Vitals Tracker free?

Yes — it's free. Sign in with a free account to add yourself or a family member and log readings; your data is then saved securely and available on any device.

What can I track?

Blood pressure (systolic/diastolic + pulse), blood sugar (fasting, post-meal or random), HbA1c, weight with BMI, and a full lipid profile (total, LDL, HDL and triglycerides) — each with an in-range band, trend chart and history.

Can I track my parents or family too?

Yes. Add as many people as you like — yourself, parents, spouse or anyone you care for — and switch between them. It uses the same family list as our other health tools, so a person you add once is available everywhere.

What is a normal blood pressure and blood sugar?

As a general guide, a blood pressure below 120/80 mmHg is normal, and a fasting blood sugar below 100 mg/dL is normal with 100–125 considered prediabetes. The tracker plots reference lines at these thresholds, but targets can differ per person — always confirm yours with your doctor.

Is this medical advice?

No. The tracker is for information and monitoring only and does not diagnose any condition. Use it to follow your numbers over time and to have a clearer conversation with your doctor.
