Order Processing & Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch - Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are dispatched the same day - Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day - Dispatch confirmation sent via SMS and email with tracking details

Processing Steps - Order Verification: Payment and order details confirmed - Prescription Check: For prescription medicines, our pharmacist verifies your prescription - Picking & Packing: Products picked from inventory and securely packed - Quality Check: Final inspection before handover to courier - Dispatch: Handed over to logistics partner with tracking activated

Business Days - Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) - Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day

Dispatch Delays

Dispatch may be delayed in the following cases: - Prescription verification pending or invalid prescription - Payment confirmation pending (for online payments) - Address verification required - Product temporarily out of stock - Regulatory compliance checks for certain medicines

Metro Cities (2-3 days): Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad

Tier 1 Cities (3-4 days): Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, Bhopal, Patna, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Kochi, and other major cities

Tier 2 & 3 Cities (4-5 days): District headquarters and smaller cities with regular courier services

Rural & Remote Areas (5-7 days): Villages and remote locations with limited courier access

How delivery is charged

Your order may contain items from more than one seller. Each seller's items ship as a separate package, and delivery is calculated per package.

Free Delivery - Packages worth ₹499 or more: FREE delivery - Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time

Standard Delivery Charge - Packages below ₹499: ₹40 delivery charge per package - Applicable to all serviceable pin codes

Cash on Delivery (COD) - COD is available, including for prescription orders - COD handling fee: ₹40 per package, shown at checkout before you confirm - COD may be unavailable for certain orders

Note: The exact delivery and COD charges for your order are always shown at checkout before you place it. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, etc.)

Products requiring cold storage include: - Insulin and other injectable biologics - Certain eye drops and vaccines - Probiotics and specific formulations

You will be informed at checkout if your order contains temperature-sensitive items.

Prescription Medicines - Sealed with tamper-proof packaging - Batch number and expiry clearly visible - Package insert/leaflet included - Prescription copy attached to package

Delivery Attempts - 2 delivery attempts made for each order - SMS/call notification before each attempt - If undeliverable, package returned to warehouse - Re-delivery can be arranged (charges may apply)

Delivery Verification

For prescription medicines and high-value orders: - OTP verification may be required - ID proof verification for controlled substances - Signature confirmation on delivery

Safe Drop - Available for non-prescription orders - Leave with security/neighbor if you're unavailable - Enable/disable in your account settings

Delivery Issues & Support

Common Issues & Solutions

Delayed Delivery - Track your order for current status - Contact support if delayed beyond estimated date - Refund/reshipment for significant delays

Wrong Address - Contact us immediately if you entered wrong address - Address change possible before dispatch - After dispatch, coordinate with courier for redirection

Damaged Package - Do not accept visibly damaged packages - If accepted, report within 24 hours with photos - Full refund or replacement provided

Missing Items - Check package thoroughly including padding - Report missing items within 24 hours - Replacement shipped immediately upon verification
