Each tablet contains a combination of Clonazepam (0.5mg) and Escitalopram Oxalate (10mg). Clonazepam, a benzodiazepine, acts rapidly to reduce abnormal electric activity in the brain, resulting in its anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic effects.

Escitalopram Oxalate, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), works to increase the levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter, in the brain, promoting its mood-elevating and anxiety-reducing effects. Nexjoy-Plus Tablets should be used under the supervision of a healthcare provider, as they may have potential for abuse, misuse, and dependence. Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea.
Patients should be advised to avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants while taking Nexjoy-Plus.

How to use Nexjoy-Plus Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nexjoy-Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
