Clonazepam acts as an anticonvulsant and anxiolytic agent by enhancing the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the central nervous system, thereby providing relief from anxiety, panic disorders, and seizure activity. Escitalopram Oxalate, a potent SSRI, increases serotonin levels in the brain by inhibiting its reuptake, which helps alleviate symptoms of depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Kwaliz Lite is indicated for the management of anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and depressive episodes where both anxiolytic and antidepressant effects are desired. The combination allows for a synergistic approach, addressing multiple neurochemical pathways involved in mood and anxiety regulation.
