Escitalopram Oxalate, a highly selective SSRI, increases serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft by inhibiting its reuptake, thereby improving mood and alleviating symptoms of depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Lycedep-Plus is indicated for the management of anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and depressive episodes where combined anxiolytic and antidepressant effects are desired.
