Larox 1 Tablet is commonly prescribed for short-term relief of severe anxiety symptoms, preoperative sedation, and adjunctive treatment of status epilepticus. The recommended dosage should be individualized based on patient age, severity of symptoms, and clinical response, with careful consideration to minimize the risk of dependence and tolerance. Caution is advised in patients with a history of substance abuse, respiratory insufficiency, hepatic or renal impairment, and in the elderly population due to increased sensitivity to sedative effects.
Common adverse reactions include drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, and impaired coordination, which may affect the ability to perform tasks requiring alertness. Concomitant use with other central nervous system depressants, including alcohol, should be avoided to prevent additive sedation and respiratory depression. Larox 1 Tablet should be used under strict medical supervision, adhering to prescribed dosages and duration to ensure safety and efficacy.

How to use Larox Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Larox 1 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breastfeeding
Larox 1 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Larox 1 Tablet should be used for short periods and sleepiness of the baby should be watched. The withdrawal of Larox 1 Tablet should be gradual.
