Mofilet-S 360 Tablet is a prescription-only medication indicated for the prevention of organ rejection in patients who have received a solid organ transplant, such as the kidney, liver, or heart. The active ingredient, mycophenolate sodium, is a powerful immunosuppressive agent that inhibits the activity of certain immune cells, thereby reducing the risk of rejection. Each tablet contains 360mg of mycophenolate sodium, which is equivalent to 300mg of mycophenolic acid. Mofilet-S 360 Tablet is usually taken twice a day, in combination with other immunosuppressive agents and corticosteroids, under the close supervision of a healthcare provider. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and headache, while rare but serious complications can include opportunistic infections and lymphoma. Patients should be closely monitored for signs of infection, as well as for changes in kidney or liver function, and blood count abnormalities.
