The delayed-release (DR) formulation of Immudapt-S 360 is designed to minimize gastrointestinal side effects by releasing the active ingredient in the small intestine rather than the stomach. It is commonly prescribed in combination with other immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine and corticosteroids. Dosage and administration should be individualized based on the patient’s clinical condition, organ type, and concomitant therapies.
Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal disturbances, leukopenia, anemia, and increased susceptibility to infections.
