Mofetyl 250 Tablet is a once-daily oral medication containing mycophenolate mofetil, a potent immunosuppressant agent. It is indicated for the prevention of rejection in adult patients receiving a renal transplant, as well as for the prevention of rejection and the treatment of acute humoral rejection in adult patients receiving a heart transplant. The tablet is designed to provide a consistent and predictable dose of mycophenolate mofetil, thereby minimizing the risk of variability in the absorption of the drug. The product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to mycophenolate mofetil or its metabolites, as well as in patients with severe liver disease.
