Lutiderm Cream contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% w/w, a potent synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It is indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and allergic reactions affecting the skin. Upon topical application, Fluticasone Propionate penetrates the skin to exert its effect by inhibiting multiple inflammatory cytokines and mediators, thereby reducing redness, swelling, and itching. Lutiderm Cream is intended for external use only and should be applied in a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by a healthcare professional. Prolonged or excessive use may lead to local adverse effects such as skin atrophy, telangiectasia, or secondary infections. Caution is advised when using on large surface areas, broken skin, or in pediatric patients. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Fluticasone Propionate or any cream excipients. Use during pregnancy or lactation should be under medical supervision. Patients should avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
