Upon application, the active ingredients penetrate the skin to block nerve signal transmission, thereby diminishing sensation in the targeted area. This product is particularly useful for procedures such as venipuncture, superficial skin biopsies, laser treatments, and minor dermatologic surgeries. Lidonair Spray should be applied to intact skin only, avoiding mucous membranes and open wounds, and used according to the prescribed dosage to minimize the risk of systemic toxicity.
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to amide anesthetics. Adverse effects are generally mild and may include localized erythema, edema, or transient burning sensation at the application site. How to use Lidonair Spray Hold the container with the extension tube aimed at the area of application. To spray, press the button. Allow a 2 second gap between two consecutive sprays. Use it as advised by your doctor or also check the label for directions before use.
