This medication is indicated for the treatment of strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, and other parasitic infestations caused by susceptible organisms. Ibortin 12 Tablet is administered orally, with dosage and duration dependent on the specific infection and patient characteristics. It is generally well tolerated, but potential side effects may include dizziness, gastrointestinal disturbances, rash, and mild transient elevations in liver enzymes.
Caution is advised in patients with impaired liver function or those with a history of hypersensitivity to Ivermectin. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Use during pregnancy should be avoided unless clearly necessary, and breastfeeding mothers should consult a healthcare provider before use.
