It is indicated for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD), including patients on dialysis and those not yet on dialysis. Additionally, Epofer is utilized to manage anemia in patients undergoing chemotherapy for non-myeloid malignancies, reducing the need for blood transfusions.
