Zilarbi CN 10 Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medication containing Azilsartan medoxomil 40 mg and Cilnidipine 10 mg. Azilsartan medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that selectively inhibits the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, thereby preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, leading to effective blood pressure reduction. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker of the dihydropyridine class that inhibits L-type and N-type calcium channels, resulting in vasodilation and decreased peripheral vascular resistance.
