Watlo 60 Capsule

This medication is recommended for overweight and obese patients with a body mass index (BMI) ≥25 kg/m² who have associated risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or dyslipidemia. Watlo 60 Capsule should be administered orally with each main meal containing fat, up to three times daily. Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal symptoms such as oily spotting, flatulence with discharge, fecal urgency, and increased defecation, which are generally mild and related to fat malabsorption.

Patients are advised to adhere to a balanced, reduced-calorie diet with controlled fat intake to minimize side effects. Regular monitoring of liver function and fat-soluble vitamin levels is recommended during prolonged therapy. Watlo 60 Capsule is contraindicated in chronic malabsorption syndrome and cholestasis.
