Oslol 10 Tablet contains Propranolol 10 mg, a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker used primarily in the management of cardiovascular conditions. Propranolol exerts its therapeutic effects by competitively inhibiting beta-1 and beta-2 adrenergic receptors, leading to a decrease in heart rate, myocardial contractility, and blood pressure. This medication is indicated for the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, and for the prevention of myocardial infarction.

Additionally, it is employed in the management of essential tremor, migraine prophylaxis, and certain types of anxiety disorders. Oslol 10 Tablet is administered orally and should be taken as prescribed by a healthcare professional, with dosage adjustments based on clinical response and patient tolerance. Caution is advised in patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bradycardia, or heart block due to the risk of bronchospasm and exacerbation of cardiac conduction abnormalities.
