Nubeqa Tablet contains Darolutamide 300 mg, a nonsteroidal androgen receptor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC). Darolutamide works by selectively binding to androgen receptors, thereby inhibiting the action of androgens which play a critical role in the progression of prostate cancer. This mechanism helps to delay the development of metastases and prolong overall survival in affected patients.

Nubeqa is administered orally, typically at a dose of 300 mg twice daily, and is used in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
