Docetaxel acts by promoting and stabilizing microtubule assembly, thereby inhibiting microtubule depolymerization, which leads to cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and subsequent apoptosis of rapidly dividing cancer cells.

Jupitaxel 20 Injection is administered intravenously under strict medical supervision, with dosage and treatment cycles tailored according to the specific cancer type, patient condition, and response to therapy. Prior to administration, premedication with corticosteroids is recommended to reduce the risk of hypersensitivity reactions and fluid retention. Common adverse effects include neutropenia, anemia, alopecia, peripheral neuropathy, mucositis, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and diarrhea.
Close monitoring of hematologic parameters and liver function tests is essential during therapy. Jupitaxel 20 Injection should be used with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or pre-existing neutropenia.
