Blood Pressure
The Nizatel LN Tablet is a dual-action antihypertensive medication, containing Cilnidipine (10mg) and Telmisartan (40mg). Cilnidipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, acts on vascular smooth muscle to produce vasodilation and lower blood pressure. Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, further reduces blood pressure by blocking the effects of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor.
This combination therapy offers effective blood pressure management, improving outcomes for patients with hypertension, particularly those with resistant hypertension. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions for dosage and administration, and report any adverse effects promptly.

How to use Nizatel LN Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nizatel LN Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
