Nexstep-G Respules (2ml Each)

Nexstep-G Respules, a 2ml suspension, contains Glycopyrrolate at a concentration of 25mcg per milliliter. This anticholinergic medication is indicated for the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) characterized by bronchospasm and hypersecretion. Nexstep-G Respules work by blocking the action of acetylcholine on airway smooth muscles, thus reducing bronchial secretions and easing breathing.

It is administered via nebulization for rapid onset of action. As with any medication, it should be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional, and the potential for side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, and tachycardia should be carefully monitored.
