Esiflo 500 Transcaps is a combination medication containing Salmeterol 50mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 500mcg, indicated for the maintenance treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Salmeterol, a long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist, provides bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath.
