Esiflo 250 Transcaps is a combination medication containing Salmeterol 50 mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 250 mcg, indicated for the maintenance treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Salmeterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist that provides sustained bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath.
