The Nexovas T Tablet is a combination medication containing Cilnidipine (10mg) and Telmisartan (40mg). This dual-action antihypertensive drug is designed for the management of hypertension, a condition characterized by elevated blood pressure. Cilnidipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, works by relaxing blood vessels to reduce tension and lower blood pressure, while Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, inhibits the action of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor, thereby further decreasing blood pressure.
The co-administration of these two agents provides a synergistic effect for optimal blood pressure control, improving cardiovascular outcomes in hypertensive patients.

How to use Nexovas T Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nexovas T Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
