N-Lok 10 Tablet contains the active ingredient Cilnidipine (10mg), a calcium channel blocker. It is used in the management of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels, thus reducing the resistance to blood flow and lowering blood pressure. N-Lok 10 Tablet is taken orally, usually once daily, with or without food. It is important to continue taking this medication regularly even if you feel well, as it helps control your blood pressure and reduces the risk of complications such as stroke and heart attack.
Side effects may include headache, dizziness, and edema (swelling). Consult a healthcare professional before starting or altering treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, liver or kidney problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate machinery if you experience dizziness.
