Mupitoz Cream, containing Mupirocin (4% w/w), is a topical antibacterial agent indicated for the treatment of impetigo and other secondary bacterial skin infections. This cream forms a barrier, inhibiting the growth of susceptible bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. Mupitoz Cream should be applied three times daily to clean, affected skin areas, ensuring the entire lesion is covered without spreading to surrounding healthy tissue.
Continue treatment for 5 to 7 days after complete healing, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Common side effects may include skin irritation, redness, or burning at the application site. Consult a healthcare provider if side effects persist or worsen. Do not use Mupitoz Cream in the eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes. Store at a temperature of 15-25°C (59-77°F) and away from heat, light, and moisture.
