The most common side effects include diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headache. Patients with a history of ectopic pregnancy or porphyria, and those taking anticoagulant therapy, should use Misnol 200mcg Tablet with caution. As with any medication, patients should be closely monitored for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding, and the medication should be discontinued if such symptoms occur.
