The recommended starting dose is 10mg, taken 3-4 times daily, with adjustments made as needed to achieve optimal blood pressure response. Midotab 5mg Tablet has a rapid onset of action, with effects typically observed within 30-60 minutes, and a duration of action that lasts for several hours.
