Metopot 25 Tablet ER

It is contraindicated in patients with severe bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, or overt heart failure requiring intravenous inotropic support.

Caution is advised in individuals with asthma, diabetes mellitus, or peripheral vascular disease. Common adverse effects may include fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Dose adjustments are necessary in hepatic impairment. Metopot 25 should be administered under medical supervision, with gradual dose titration to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes while monitoring for adverse reactions and contraindications.

This medication should not be abruptly discontinued to avoid exacerbation of angina or precipitating myocardial infarction.
