Formoterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) that provides bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath. Fluticasone Propionate is an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) with potent anti-inflammatory properties that help decrease airway inflammation, reduce mucus production, and prevent exacerbations. The synergistic effect of these two active ingredients offers both immediate and sustained relief from bronchospasm while addressing the underlying inflammatory component of airway diseases.
