It is indicated for use in the treatment of infertility in both male and female patients. In females, Lupi-HMG 75 Injection is employed to stimulate follicular development in anovulatory or oligo-ovulatory women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI). It promotes the maturation of ovarian follicles by providing exogenous gonadotropins, thereby facilitating ovulation. In males, it is used to stimulate spermatogenesis in cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. The dosage and duration of treatment depend on individual patient response, monitored by serum hormone levels and ultrasound assessment of follicular growth. Administration is via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, typically under specialist supervision. Adverse effects may include ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), injection site reactions, headache, and abdominal discomfort.
