Loftair Capsule contains a combination of Indacaterol (110 mcg) and Glycopyrrolate (50 mcg), formulated for the maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Indacaterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) that provides sustained bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as breathlessness. Glycopyrrolate is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that inhibits the action of acetylcholine on airway smooth muscle, leading to bronchodilation and decreased mucus secretion.
