Arformoterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist that promotes bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and cough. Administered via nebulization, Labaneb Respules provide sustained bronchodilation for up to 12 hours, facilitating twice-daily dosing. This medication is not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm or asthma attacks. The recommended dosage is one 2 ml respule nebulized twice daily using an appropriate nebulizer device.
