Labaneb Respules contain Arformoterol 15 mcg per 2 ml unit dose and are indicated for the maintenance treatment of bronchoconstriction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Arformoterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist that promotes bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and cough.

Administered via nebulization, Labaneb Respules provide sustained bronchodilation for up to 12 hours, facilitating twice-daily dosing. This medication is not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm or asthma attacks. The recommended dosage is one 2 ml respule nebulized twice daily using an appropriate nebulizer device. Common adverse effects may include headache, dizziness, tremor, palpitations, and throat irritation.
Caution is advised in patients with cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, or seizure history. Labaneb Respules should be used under medical supervision, with regular monitoring of pulmonary function and clinical response. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to arformoterol or other beta-agonists.
