Kiprop 40 Tablet SR is indicated for the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, and prevention of myocardial infarction. Additionally, it is utilized in managing essential tremor, migraine prophylaxis, and certain types of anxiety. The drug is contraindicated in patients with asthma, severe bradycardia, or uncompensated cardiac failure. Common adverse effects include fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances, while serious side effects may involve bronchospasm and heart block.
