Ipsal L Inhaler is a combination bronchodilator containing Levosalbutamol 50 mcg and Ipratropium 20 mcg per actuation, indicated for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma requiring dual bronchodilation. Levosalbutamol, a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist, provides rapid relief of bronchospasm by relaxing airway smooth muscle, thereby improving airflow and reducing symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath.

The combined action of these agents results in enhanced bronchodilation compared to monotherapy, improving lung function and exercise tolerance. Ipsal L Inhaler is administered via metered-dose inhalation, allowing for targeted delivery to the respiratory tract with minimal systemic absorption.
It is recommended for patients inadequately controlled on single bronchodilator therapy or those experiencing frequent exacerbations. Dosage & How to Use
How to use Ipsal L Inhaler Check the label for directions before use. Shake the inhaler. While you are breathing in from mouth, press down on the inhaler one time to release the medication and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as suggested by the doctor.Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.
