The synergistic action of these agents results in enhanced bronchodilatory effects compared to monotherapy, facilitating symptomatic relief in patients with obstructive airway diseases. Ipranour-L Respules are typically administered via nebulization, allowing direct delivery to the respiratory tract, which ensures rapid onset of action and improved patient compliance.
This combination is indicated for the treatment and prevention of bronchospasm associated with COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema, as well as asthma exacerbations unresponsive to monotherapy.
