Indactiv-G Capsule is a combination medication containing Glycopyrronium 50 mcg, Indacaterol 150 mcg, and Mometasone 160 mcg, formulated for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. Glycopyrronium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), provides bronchodilation by inhibiting acetylcholine-mediated bronchoconstriction, thereby reducing airway resistance. Indacaterol, a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA), promotes sustained relaxation of airway smooth muscle, improving airflow and reducing symptoms of bronchospasm. Mometasone, a potent inhaled corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory effects by modulating multiple inflammatory pathways, decreasing airway hyperresponsiveness and preventing exacerbations. The combined pharmacological actions of these agents result in improved lung function, reduced frequency of exacerbations, and enhanced symptom control in patients with moderate to severe COPD or persistent asthma inadequately controlled by monotherapy. Indactiv-G Capsule is intended for once-daily administration, ensuring patient compliance and consistent therapeutic effect.
