Gudpres-XL 50 Capsule

Gudpres-XL 50 is formulated as an extended-release capsule to provide sustained plasma concentrations, allowing once-daily dosing and improved patient compliance. It is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension, stable angina, and for reducing mortality and hospitalization in patients with chronic heart failure of ischemic or cardiomyopathic origin. Additionally, it is employed in the management of certain arrhythmias and to prevent migraine headaches.

The medication should be used cautiously in patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, or severe peripheral arterial disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary in patients with hepatic impairment. Common adverse effects include fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Abrupt discontinuation should be avoided to prevent exacerbation of angina or precipitating myocardial infarction.

Gudpres-XL 50 Capsule should be administered under medical supervision with regular monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate.
