Glycohale Respules (1ml Each) contain Glycopyrrolate 25mcg/ml, an anticholinergic agent used primarily as a bronchodilator in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other respiratory conditions characterized by bronchospasm. Glycopyrrolate acts by selectively blocking muscarinic receptors in the airway smooth muscle, thereby inhibiting the parasympathetic nervous system’s effect and resulting in bronchodilation.
