This mechanism contributes to improved cardiac remodeling and decreased morbidity and mortality in patients with left ventricular dysfunction following myocardial infarction. Eplebless 25 is typically administered once daily, with dosage adjustments based on renal function and serum potassium levels. It is contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia, significant renal impairment, or hypersensitivity to the active substance.
Common adverse effects include hyperkalemia, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Regular monitoring of serum electrolytes, renal function, and blood pressure is essential to ensure therapeutic efficacy and minimize risks. Eplebless 25 should be used cautiously in combination with other potassium-sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or ARBs due to the potential for additive hyperkalemia.
