This medication is effective in suppressing HBV replication, leading to improved liver function and reduced risk of disease progression, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Entehep 1 Tablet is administered orally once daily, with or without food, and dosage adjustments may be necessary in patients with renal impairment. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed regimen to prevent the development of viral resistance.
Common adverse effects include headache, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea, which are generally mild and transient.
