Entarica 1 Tablet contains Entecavir 1 mg, a potent antiviral agent primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in adults with evidence of active viral replication and either persistent elevations in serum aminotransferases or histologically active disease. Entecavir is a nucleoside analogue that selectively inhibits HBV polymerase, thereby interfering with viral DNA replication and transcription.

Entarica is administered orally, with dosing tailored according to the patient’s renal function and clinical status. It is generally well tolerated, with common adverse effects including headache, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea.
