Pepsin is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down complex dietary proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Together, these enzymes act as a powerful digestive aid, supplementing the body's natural gastric and pancreatic secretions. This syrup is primarily indicated for the treatment of indigestion, flatulence (gas), bloating, abdominal stuffing after meals, loss of appetite, and functional dyspepsia.
