MECORAY OD TAB is an advanced, once-daily (OD) neuroprotective and nutritional supplement consisting of Methylcobalamin (historically known as Vitamin B12) combined with an optimized blend of essential Vitamins. Methylcobalamin is the biologically active form of Vitamin B12, which is critical for the formation of the myelin sheath—the protective covering that insulates nerve fibers. This medication is primarily prescribed to treat and prevent peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain, numbness, or tingling sensations commonly felt in the hands and feet), diabetic neuropathy, and vitamin deficiencies. The accompanying vitamins work synergistically to improve cellular metabolism, boost red blood cell production, and support overall neurological functions. Regular intake helps restore damaged nerves, alleviates chronic nerve pain, and combats systemic fatigue.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it. Take exactly one tablet daily (Once Daily - OD), or as explicitly directed by your physician. It can be taken with or without food, but taking it fixed at the same time every day after a meal ensures uniform absorption and optimal efficacy.

Kidney — safe if prescribed: It is generally safe for kidney patients. However, if you have a history of severe chronic kidney disease or kidney stones, mention it to your physician before starting the supplement. Liver — safe: This supplement is safe for individuals with liver disorders, and no major dosage modifications are required.
