Zytor-Plus 20 is beneficial in patients requiring enhanced diuresis without excessive potassium loss.

It is essential to monitor electrolyte levels, renal function, and blood pressure regularly during therapy to avoid adverse effects such as hyperkalemia, dehydration, or renal impairment. Contraindications include anuria, acute renal insufficiency, hyperkalemia, and hypersensitivity to either component. Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or diabetes mellitus.
