Zubidol MR Tablet

Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the action of Aceclofenac. Chlorzoxazone acts as a centrally acting muscle relaxant, alleviating muscle spasms and stiffness by depressing interneuronal activity in the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain. The modified-release (MR) formulation ensures sustained therapeutic plasma concentrations, enhancing patient compliance by reducing dosing frequency.

Zubidol MR should be used under medical supervision, with caution advised in patients with hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular impairment. Common adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, and allergic reactions. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component, active peptic ulcer, or severe hepatic dysfunction.
