Caution. Completely avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Alcohol combined with Paracetamol increases the risk of severe liver damage, and combined with Diclofenac increases the risk of stomach bleeding and ulcers.

Caution. It is generally not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, as NSAIDs like Diclofenac can cause complications, delay labor, or cause cardiac defects in the unborn baby.

Both Components Are Metabolized By The Liver. An Overdose Of Paracetamol Is Highly Toxic To The Liver. Avoid This Medicine If You Have Severe Liver Impairment, And Never Double The Dose.

Caution. Small amounts of these drugs can pass into breast milk. While short-term use might be permitted by a doctor, it should be used with caution and only if absolutely essential.

Long-Term Or Excessive Use Of Nsaids Like Diclofenac Can Affect Renal Blood Flow And Cause Kidney Damage. Use With Extreme Caution If You Have Pre-Existing Kidney Disease.. caution
