Zorem 10 is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension, reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with established coronary artery disease or diabetes with end-organ damage, and management of heart failure post-myocardial infarction. It may also be prescribed to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy. The usual dosage is individualized based on patient response and clinical condition, with careful monitoring of blood pressure, renal function, and serum electrolytes recommended during therapy.
Common adverse effects include cough, hypotension, dizziness, and hyperkalemia.
