How It Works
Adrenaline is a non-selective adrenergic agonist that stimulates alpha-1 receptors to cause vasoconstriction and raise blood pressure, and beta-1/beta-2 receptors to increase heart rate and contractility and relax bronchial smooth muscle, rapidly reversing the cardiovascular and respiratory collapse of anaphylaxis and arrest.
