This synergistic combination is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens, including strains resistant to other beta-lactam antibiotics. Zonamax ES is indicated for severe infections such as lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, septicemia, and gynecological infections.
The injectable formulation allows for rapid systemic distribution and is suitable for intravenous or intramuscular administration in hospital settings.
